How it works

How iPaid works.

A coin is launched for a person, by their Apple Cash phone number or email, or their X username. They get their share of its creator fees in Apple Cash.

Launching a coin

Anyone with a Solana wallet can launch. You pick who the coin pays: their Apple Cash phone number or email, which is paid directly with no claim step, or, if you do not have it, their X username, which claims with one post. Then a name, ticker and image. iPaid uploads the metadata to pump.fun and builds one transaction for your wallet: pump.fun's create, an optional first buy, and a 0.002 SOL gas top-up for the treasury.

An Apple Cash contact is never shown publicly. Coin pages show only the last 4 digits, and the launcher gets a private link to send the person so they can follow their balance and payouts.

The coin's on-chain creator is a wallet made for that coin alone. Its keys live only in the iPaid keeper, so nobody can redirect the fees, including the person who launched it.

Collecting creator fees

pump.fun pays a creator fee on every trade, on the bonding curve and on PumpSwap after graduation. Every 30 minutes the keeper checks each coin. Once 0.001 SOL is waiting it claims the fees to the coin's creator wallet and moves all of it to the single iPaid treasury, paying the network fee itself.

Every sweep is booked with its transaction signature. You can see each one on the coin's page.

The fee split

Each sweep is split at the moment it is booked: 75% to the person the coin was launched for and 25% to iPaid. The person's share is kept as a SOL balance until it is paid.

The person does not need to sign up first. Fees build up for them from the first trade.

Payouts in Apple Cash

Coins launched to an Apple Cash number or email need nothing from the person: payouts go straight there. Coins launched to an X username wait for that person to sign in on the claim page by posting a one-time code, then add the phone number or email their Apple Cash uses.

When they request a payout, the balance is priced in dollars at that moment's SOL rate. The iPaid team sends it from the iPaid Apple Cash account in Messages and marks it sent. It then shows on the payments page with the amount and time.

  • Payouts start at $10.
  • Apple Cash allows up to $10,000 per message and $20,000 per rolling 7 days, so large balances go out in parts.
  • Apple Cash is available in the United States. Recipients elsewhere can ask for SOL to a wallet instead by messaging @iPaidMoney.
  • The phone number or email is visible only to the payout desk.

Opting out

If a coin was launched for you and you want nothing to do with it, verify your account and message @iPaidMoney. We hide the coin from iPaid and your share goes to a charity of your choice or stays unclaimed, your call. Coins on pump.fun cannot be deleted by anyone.

Risks

Memecoins are volatile and most go to zero. A coin launched for someone is not endorsed by them unless they say so. Payouts are sent by people, so they depend on iPaid operating. The treasury, sweeps and payouts are public so you can check the numbers yourself.
